3D TPE car liners are premium auto flooring accessories manufactured with thermoforming 3D craftsmanship and eco-friendly TPE raw material. The thermoplastic elastomer base contains no formaldehyde, heavy metals or toxic additives, being fully recyclable and scent-free. Right after unpacking, the mats produce no odd odors, which makes them an ideal pick for family vehicles carrying kids and senior occupants.
Production Steps of 3D TPE Car Floor Mats
Heating & Softening
The raw TPE slab goes into constant-temperature baking equipment for even heating within 150–180℃ to gain pliable and bendable texture.
Molding
Softened TPE blank is moved onto forming dies. Vacuum pores inside the die pump out trapped air so the material closely hugs every curved surface of the cavity, a key step to lock in accurate three-dimensional contours for floor liners.
Cooling & Demolding
After sufficient cooling, the formed workpiece is released from the mold to obtain a semi-finished 3D floor mat.
Trimming & Recycling
Extra leftover rim material is trimmed off to complete finished products. All trimmed TPE scraps can be fully recycled: crushed into fine particles and blended with brand-new raw pellets for new sheet extrusion, enabling an eco-conscious production cycle.
